What is Grounded?
Grounded is built on the idea that movement should have intention. This is not about extreme workouts, all-or-nothing plans, or forcing your body to do more than it needs.
It's about learning how to move well, getting stronger step by step, and building habits that actually fit your life. Every person is different, so the way I coach is always personalized — your training adapts to your schedule, your energy, your goals, and your body.

The Method
My training approach is based mostly on free weights and natural movement. Using dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight helps develop balance, posture, coordination, and real functional strength.
The goal is to build a body that moves well in everyday life — stronger, more stable, and more resilient over time.
